Torque Solutions Ltd offer Calibration, Repairs and Service for a wide variety of equipment from the Bolting Sector. Here at our facility in Sheffield we pride ourselves on our reliable, speedy and quality service that we offer.
In-house we can offer Calibration, Repairs and Service on Hydraulic Torque Equipment, Tensioning Equipment, Hand Torque Wrenches, Battery & Electric Torque Tools, Gauges and more. We are the Approved Calibration Partner for the Atlas Copco SRB Series and the CP86 Series.
With access to a huge network of suppliers this enables to carry out work on a wide range of manufacturers equipment, making us the perfect provider of service for all of your equipment.
Hydraulic Torque Tool Calibrations are carried out within our temperature controlled test room using the latest UKAS Calibrated equipment to ensure accuracy and precision on all tools tested. Our facility is equipped with the latest Norbar T-Box 2 Measurement Kit along with Omega Pressure Sensors to give exact data to our customers on their kit. We have the capability to test tooling from 0 – 34,000 Nm meaning we can meet any requirements you have. Below is a list of a few of the Hydraulic Torque Tools we calibrate here daily:

Battery, Electric & Air Tool Calibrations are carried out within our temperature controlled test room using the latest UKAS Calibrated equipment to ensure accuracy and precision on all tools tested. Using a variety of Norbar Testing Equipment such as the Transducers, TruCheck & TTT Boxes we can provide a premium service to our customers whilst showing the reliability and durability of their tooling. Tensioners & Hydraulic Nuts are tested here at Torque Solutions using our purpose built test rig to ensure our customers kit is tested correctly and safely during the procedure. Covering daily a range of M20 to M120 bolts we test a wide range of Tensioners. We also cover bespoke Tensioners & Hydraulic Nuts meaning that our customers can rely on all their equipment being tested to the same high standards. Electric & Air Hydraulic Pumps are tested daily in our Test Facility, varying from Torque Pumps, Tension Pumps, Hand Pumps and Jack Pumps we can cover all your requirement when it comes to this kind of equipment. Each pump will be sufficiently inspected and serviced before the necessary testing is completed to get the customer their equipment back in the best possible condition. Gauge Calibrations are carried out here in our test facility using some of the most up-to-date calibration equipment on the market. Covering a range of 0 – 3000 Bar we can cover all the necessary requirements of our customers to ensure that we have their equipment tested to the best standard and within a quick timeframe. Hand Torque Wrench Calibrations and Declaration of Conformances are carried out within our temperature controlled test room using the latest UKAS Calibrated equipment to ensure accuracy and precision on all tools tested. Our facility is equipped with Stahlwille Manutork 7791-1 Test Bench which is used along side the Stahlwille Sensotork 7723-2 & 7723-3 Transducers to provide accurate and consistent readings for our customers certificates.
